Selection Process
Selection process involves different stages. These include:
- 1.Documentation of paperwork is done for identifying
the candidate details.
- 2.Screening and testing of candidates for desired
profile.
- 3.Final Selection is based on results of tests
conducted which ensure compatibility of selected candidates
with that of given job profile they applied to.
We employ a very healthy and professional methods of selecting
the eligible candidates for a particular placement. We select the
candidates by the following methods.

Advertisements
We publish openings for a particular profession, with complete
job description in the leading newspapers and other popular
medias.
B.
Prescreening
We undergo initial screening by our recruitment consultants.
C.
Selection Panel We decide
the eligibility of the candidates for selection and short
listing.
D.
Interview and
Trade Test The short listed candidates are called for
an interview . They are interviewed by our selection panel and
the representatives of our clients. The candidates undergo trade
test to check the authenticity of the trade applied for.
E.
Medical Checkup The
candidates that are selected are sent for medical check up in a
medical center, which is authorized by the country where the
candidates will be placed.
F.
Visa Endorsement Only medically certified fit candidate
are processed further for visa issuance or visa endorsement.
